I placed an ordered for pick up. The store was clean, a good amount of seating available. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. I got the Mango Slush & Taro Smoothie with Tapioca.Taro Smoothie is made with cream & was perfectly flavourful.Mango slush a staple at Chatime, always a safe choice.

I got the QQ lychee Sunday deal of the day with no sugar and little ice. It was still a bit sweet with the toppings and juice, and not quite a thirst quencher, but definitely a solid treat. It came with the pears and lychee bits.They should keep this deal going beyond May, which is the stated end - I'd definitely hit it up more often at these prices.

We ordered bubble tea through a third party delivery service on the hottest day thus far year and the drink was made wrong (milk tea instead of green tea).We called the store and the owner offered to deliver a brand new drink straight to our door within 30 mins. We understand orders can get mixed up sometimes and they really took the opportunity to make things right.Amazing customer service!

I ordered only two bubble teas, but the person mistakenly charged me for 10 drinks. They couldn't refund it to the same way I paid. But overall staff is helpful and polite.

This Chatime location is very conveniently located near Broadview Station. The beverages are good and the service is pretty consistent with other locations. There are a few small tables in this store for dine-in. Beverages are consistent with the other locations. Their Passion Fruit Tea with Jelly, Thai Milk Tea, and Grapefruit beverages are delicious no matter where you go. However, in 2023, the whole chain removed Sago from the add-on menu which is unfortunate. This location is opened fairly late (later than the Tim Hortons but can't beat the 24hr A&W). Staff is knowledgeable and give good recommendations. Do note, this location is very susceptible to people asking for change and wandering the streets throughout the night.

I'm glad that Chatime opened a store in the east york area. I've been to this location several times and they always have good customer service. I often order the grass jelly roasted milk tea and the taro smoothie. The menu has a decent amount of drinks to choose from (smoothies, milk teas, juice, slushies) and a large selection of toppings (e.g., sago, aloe vera, pudding, crystal boba). They also sell some cute and tasty desserts from Bake Code, such as macarons, cake and croissants.

Absolutely beautiful decorations inside the store. Staff was super helpful and quick and the drink itself was absolutely delicious. I recommend a peach slush with 50% sugar to everyone! Chatime really does their brand proud with this location, so I recommend this location to every fan of slushes

This Chatime is the first bubble tea/boba chain to open a location on the east side. Been here many times during lockdown in 2020. The store would get 5 stars for the friendly staff, quality of drinks, fast service, but giving 4 due to the company changes of the TOTM price and points system.

Small yet cute place. I loved their interior decoration. Their service is very fast, staffs are friendly too. Few steps away from broadview station. Ordered mango and peach QQ tea, tasted good. Recommended. Not a big cold beverage fan but definitely going there again.
